Sanitaries cost is something that a lot of new owners like myself have overlooked. Only after many researches and meeting up with IDs/Contractors then one will realise how much these things adds up to! Note: Some shops offers 0% Instalment Plan with Credit Cards, do check with them as this is much better than factoring the cost into your bank loan which will incur interests!

Toilet Bowl Let’s start of with Toilet Bowl! Every household need this precious item! Fun fact: Did you know? The average person spends 3 months of its lifetime sitting on the toilet? Ok joke aside! With months of research, I have locked down Baron W888 as my toilet bowl and to purchase it at Heritage Bathroom Gallery. It cost about S$350.00. However, when it is time to purchase my toilet bowl I was shocked to find out that almost the whole Singapore does not have this model. It’s sold out!!! Heritage Bathroom Gallery staff advised a similar brand to me which is Treo T289. I’ve never heard of this brand before and was skeptical about it. It’s been 08 months now and it is working perfectly!
